Complete plan revision

This Manhattan loft was reconfigured to unify a previously enclosed kitchen with the primary living space, establishing a continuous, open layout across three window bays.

The plan was carefully reorganized to enlarge all major rooms while improving functionality, including the introduction of a more generous primary suite with an expanded closet and bath. A full-height storage wall was integrated to acoustically separate the secondary bedroom and office from the main living area, maintaining privacy without disrupting the overall openness of the loft.

Existing columns and window pockets were emphasized and refined, allowing structural constraints and building systems to be absorbed into a more ordered architectural language. The result is a cohesive interior defined by A CLEARER FLOW AND A STRONGER CONNECTION TO LIGHT.
